About Wayfinder Community Inc 

Wayfinder Community Inc is a community led organisation focused on creating practical opportunities for young people, families and communities to connect, participate and thrive. We work alongside local organisations, services and community leaders to develop inclusive programs and initiatives that respond to real community needs.

Wayfinder brings together professionals, university students and community members with collective experience across youth justice, child safety, corrections, policing, education and community services. What connects us is a shared commitment to giving back, using our knowledge, experience and networks to support others, strengthen communities and help create better opportunities for the next generation.

Our focus is not only on delivering activities, but on strengthening the people and communities around them. We aim to build confidence, skills, leadership and local capacity so that individuals are better equipped to contribute, take responsibility and create positive change within their own communities.
