Yet many young people and families still do not know where to turn.
Support can be fragmented. Opportunities can be difficult to access. Families may not know what services exist until circumstances have already become serious.
Wayfinder helps bridge that gap.
We create accessible community spaces where young people, parents, mentors, employers, community leaders, professionals and specialist organisations can meet, learn from one another and build pathways forward.
Our role is not to replace specialist organisations.
Our role is to help young people reach opportunities and support earlier.
